Mathew Wilson MA Vet MB MRCVS

MATTHEW WILSON MA Vet MB MRCVS

After graduating from Cambridge University in 1991 and spending two years at a mixed animal practice in Cambridgeshire, he decided to head for the urban landscape of small animal practice and joined Young Veterinary Partnership in 1993. Matthew became a Partner in 1997 and is well known and respected by all our clients, particularly in Hounslow where he heads up the surgery.

Matthew has a dedicated interest in all aspects of small animal surgery, particularly bone and joint surgery (orthopaedics) and reconstructive surgery following tumour removal.

Matthew has two cats, Louis, a loyal and loveable companion and Mitten, a long haired, later addition to the family, who was rescued from a dustbin in Brentford. It was love at first sight but Mitten has a feisty temperament hidden beneath her beauty and she keeps both Matthew’s family and the surgery staff on their toes when she comes to stay!
